Investors Information
Established on September 2000, the group is composed of GalMed Holding Inc. (a British Virgin Islands company), holding 100% of GalMed International Ltd. (a European Maltese entity), the IP holder, which holds 100% of GalMed Medical Research Ltd (an Israeli company), the group’s R&D arm. GalMed activities were initially funded by its founding members, among which are seasoned Israeli & international investors such as the Peleg family, Brack Capital Investments, UniPharm Ltd., Nams Europe and G. Yarom Medical Research Ltd. To date, GalMed sucessefuly completed three financing rounds.
