Galmed's clinical drug candidate for Fatty Liver Disease, Aramchol, was selected as one of the top 10 most interesting projects to be presented at Windhover Partnerships meeting, to be held in Boston in November 2009. The criteria for this honorable selection were:" Large market; large unmet need, with increasing opportunity; History of the molecule and drug; Strong science; Strong company ;Diversity of indications; Potential for new opportunities beyond the initial indications and Multi-level partnering opportunities".
